Everyday as I begin my workday I remove my wallet from my pants and lay it down beside my computer. I do this because I work with extremely powerful magnets and don’t want to brush up aside them and wipe out my magnetic stripes on my credit cards. Yesterday, after the day ended, I was about to get my wallet when I was shocked to find nothing there.
I looked all over my shop but found nothing. So I assumed that I left it at home and called Franziska to look for it. If anything is missing at home, Franziska will find it. I got the word back, nothing.
Another day passed and today I started getting worried. I didn’t remember putting the wallet anywhere. A few hours of looking and nothing turned up. Just when I was going to give up and I was on the cell-phone with Gayle I looked across the room and saw it peeking underneath papers beside the laptop stand on my bench.
It”s funny how things draw a blank until discovery. Then everything comes back. Yesterday we were straightening up the shop and I moved things around from the “norm”.
To get all new certification cards for offshore travel would have been such a hassle!
Thanks everyone for looking!
